Property Fund Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Investment Professional to lead our property fund management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present high-quality investment strategies, incorporating detailed financial modelling, market analysis, and risk assessment.

  • Manage relationships with external advisers to ensure efficient transaction execution.

  • Oversee capital structuring and debt management to achieve optimal fund performance.

  • Lead the fund's capital management activities, including capital calls, distributions, reinvestments, and liquidity planning.

  • Maintain and oversee the fund's financial model, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and alignment with investment strategy; review and approve associated fund reporting for investors and internal management.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives and transparent communication.

  • Execute acquisitions, disposals, and capital raisings in coordination with senior management.

  • Monitor and report on fund performance against strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance returns and manage risks.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in property funds management or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success in managing direct property funds.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to build strong relationships.

  • Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
