Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our production team as a Packer and Labourer. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in packing and labouring tasks within a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in packing and labouring tasks within a fast-paced production environment.
  • Operate in a cold environment, handling weight lifting (15-20 kg continually).
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Be physically fit and able to lift 15-20 kg continuously.
  • Be comfortable working in a cold environment.
  • Maintain consistent attendance.
  • Have previous knife-hand experience or meat industry knowledge as an advantage.
  • Be self-motivated with reliable transport and ability to work in a team.
  • Will to work overtime with penalty rates.
