HVAC Technician Job Opportunity">

Are you a skilled technician with experience in ammonia refrigeration systems and HVAC equipment? Do you have a strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings? If so, we may have an exciting opportunity for you

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience and possess a strong personal safety philosophy. You will be responsible for maintaining ammonia refrigeration systems, performing daily monitoring, and optimizing operations using Logix software. Additionally, you will oversee training for maintenance technicians, write and review task procedures, and support PSM compliance audits.

As a key member of our team, you will also be responsible for maintaining plant equipment, troubleshooting mechanical problems, and promoting quality and yield improvements. You will work closely with supervisors and production teams to ensure smooth operations and meet company goals.

Required qualifications include:

  • Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Understanding of Anhydrous Ammonia Refrigeration systems
  • Ammonia Refrigeration Systems Certification - Operator Level 1
  • Able to wear a full face breathing respirator mask
  • Willingness to participate in Hazmat activities

Additionally, candidates should possess computer literacy, eagerness to learn SAP/PPE systems, and maintenance experience in a food processing environment. Knowledge of waste water systems, HVAC system experience, boiler experience, and compressed air systems operating experience are also desirable.
