Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and supporting end-to-end logistics and transport operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Data entry and system updates using SAP (essential), utilizing technical expertise to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Liaising with transport providers, suppliers, and internal teams to foster strong relationships and resolve any logistical challenges.
  • Inventory and stock control administration, maintaining accurate records and adhering to strict quality standards.
  • Documentation handling and compliance monitoring, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in supply chain, warehousing, or logistics support roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry.
  • SAP experience is essential (SAP WM, MM, or similar modules), showcasing technical proficiency and adaptability.
  • Previous exposure to transport or freight coordination, highlighting ability to navigate complex logistical scenarios.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, enabling effective collaboration and time management.
