**Job Title:** Integration Specialist

We're looking for a talented professional to own and lead technical delivery across HubSpot and third-party platform integrations. This is a hybrid role, perfect for someone with both technical chops and great stakeholder skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead integration design and architecture across CRM and third-party systems
  • Run scoping sessions with clients and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Manage end-to-end integration project delivery – from documentation to deployment
  • Oversee internal dev teams, reviewing code, flow diagrams, and payload specs
  • Maintain infrastructure across AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway)
  • Support and improve CI/CD pipelines, performance monitoring, and system reliability
  • Guide CMS and front-end integration projects that connect seamlessly with backend workflows
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, auth protocols, and data transformation
  • Confident in Node.js, PHP, or similar for integration scripting
  • Experience managing AWS infrastructure and DevOps workflows
  • Familiar with Git and version control best practices
  • Previous experience delivering customer-facing CRM or integration projects
  • Skilled communicator, able to work across technical and business teams
  • HubSpot CRM and CMS knowledge is highly regarded
