Early Childhood Education Administrator Opportunity

C&K, a leading provider of early childhood education in Queensland, seeks an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our Upper Kedron team.

About the Role

This 25-hour per week position involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our centre. You will be responsible for managing enrolment records, assisting with financial tasks, and contributing to a collaborative team culture that promotes inclusivity, kindness, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks, including enrolment records and financial transactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to families, children, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Requirements
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • A current driver's licence
  • A valid Blue Card and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
