Role Overview

As a leader in our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping memorable dining experiences. You will lead and motivate the team to enhance the guest experience while upholding the highest food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety and health regulations.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and cash handling procedures.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication.

Requirements:

  • Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • A track record of providing outstanding customer service.
  • Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
  • Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
