Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Global Engagement and Partnership Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for leading strategic partnerships, coordinating international activities, and advising internal stakeholders.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the Faculty's global strategy and advance our research, education, and engagement priorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading partnership development: Identify, assess, and grow global partnerships that align with the Faculty's objectives.
  • Coordinating international activities: Manage international delegations, events, and agreements, ensuring compliance with University policies and frameworks.
  • Advising stakeholders: Act as a trusted advisor on international initiatives, working closely with internal and external partners to coordinate engagement activities.
  • Supporting continuous improvement: Develop policies, track global trends, and embed a culture of innovation across the Faculty's international engagement portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate qualification in international engagement, global strategy, or higher education management.
  • Demonstrated success managing international partnerships in complex institutional environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Strong project management and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive data-informed approach.
