Job Title: Legal Support Specialist

This role provides administrative support to a senior partner within property, wills & estates.

The partner advises clients on general property law matters and acts for individuals and businesses.

  • Diary and travel management
  • Dictation
  • Drafting, reviewing and preparing correspondence/documentation
  • Client liaison
  • Billing and reporting
  • Ad hoc administrative duties

Prior experience supporting at partner level is required. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the partner's diary and arrange meetings and appointments as required
  • Prepare and edit correspondence and documents
  • Provide client liaison and provide administrative support to the partner
  • Process billing and reporting tasks
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Prior experience supporting at partner level
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
