The Role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team at our Port Pirie or Kadina sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising, training and mentoring individuals with disability in a manufacturing and gardening environment.

Your duties will include maintaining a high level of safety, monitoring quality control, ensuring production timelines and KPIs are met, and completing daily checks on machinery and other general housekeeping tasks.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need physical, administrative and leadership skills. You should enjoy taking on a supportive leadership role and working collaboratively with your team. Above all, you must appreciate Bedford's values and purpose and genuinely want to contribute to our goal of supporting people with disability.

You will require solid computer skills, including the ability to use Outlook, Word and Excel, as well as understanding, patience and empathy when working with people with disability.

A genuine desire to help others and see people succeed is essential for this role.
