About the Role

As a Banking Consultant, your duties will include providing end-to-end banking needs, delivering high-end customer service and a seamless branch experience, educating customers on digital solutions, accomplishing transaction activities, working collaboratively within a team to accomplish business targets, and attending to additional general enquiries.

About You

We are looking for someone who can model a strong customer focus, multi-task, be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity, and proactively show initiative. As an active user and promoter of technology, you should be able to demonstrate these qualities in your work.

Training Opportunities

As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to receive an income while gaining valuable experience in the banking industry, study towards a Certificate III in Financial Services, be supported by a dedicated team and mentors, and develop excellent customer service and sales skills. You will also be trained by experienced branch staff to learn more about ANZ's retail banking products and services.
