Our client is embarking on a significant transformation of their core business systems, and they need an expert to lead the delivery of Oracle ERP/HCM solutions.

This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between business and vendor, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and managed. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle ERP/HCM, including implementation and migration lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of Oracle ERP/HCM solutions across the migration and implementation lifecycle.
  • Act as a liaison between business and vendor, ensuring requirements, risks, and issues are clearly understood and managed.
  • Provide expertise in Oracle ERP/HCM, validating designs, guiding test planning, and supporting delivery activities.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, influence decisions, and ensure successful outcomes across HR, Finance, and broader business domains.

Requirements:

  • Proven Oracle ERP or HCM implementation experience (Fusion, JDE, EBS, PeopleSoft).
  • Strong SQL skills – hands-on experience, not just conceptual knowledge.
  • A track record of working closely with vendors and technical teams to ensure solutions are delivered right, first time.
