We're seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for managing small to medium-sized client accounts end-to-end, from strategy development to campaign execution and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in account management or digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage small to medium-sized client accounts, including developing strategies and executing campaigns
  • Conduct monthly progress meetings and maintain proactive client communication
  • Develop SEO/SEM strategies for assigned accounts with oversight from senior team members
  • Coordinate implementation with our fulfillment team to execute digital strategies
  • Prepare and present monthly client progress reports with accuracy and insight
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Undertake keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using industry-leading tools
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years agency account management or digital marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush preferred)
  • Competency in WordPress and basic website management
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
