Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the treasury service. This encompasses developing the strategy and target state for the service, ensuring performance management against established metrics, delivery oversight, and collaboration with stakeholders across business and technical domains.

You will be instrumental in enabling our organisation to execute critical treasury functions leveraging multiple systems. Your focus will be on simplifying and modernising our offerings while fostering a high-performing team environment that encourages collaboration.

  • Developing the Current and Target State: You will be responsible for defining the current and target states for the treasury service, including identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
  • Service Effectiveness: Ensure the service operates effectively, either by implementing existing capabilities or identifying the need for additional resources.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with practice and service dependencies to achieve successful business outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you must possess the ability to think strategically about how we can modernise and improve processes, as well as excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at various levels.

A proven track record of successfully implementing major initiatives using agile methodologies is also essential.
