Virtual Training Delivery Role

Our team is seeking an experienced and engaging trainer to deliver high-quality online training sessions from our Melbourne studio. As a dynamic and confident individual, you will create interactive virtual environments for adult learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present content clearly and concisely, adapting your style to suit diverse learning needs.
  • Facilitate discussions, Q&A sessions, and interactive activities to reinforce learning.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to understand training requirements and content.
  • Provide constructive feedback to participants as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in delivering training, ideally in a virtual setting.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with a confident delivery style.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using virtual meeting platforms and related technology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and be able to adapt their training style to meet the needs of diverse learners.
