The Careerone Partner Network is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team at UBX Training. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for leading group fitness classes and developing a gym culture that focuses on excellence and member appreciation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-energy group fitness classes that cater to all fitness levels.
- Maintain a clean and safe gym environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to develop and implement sales campaigns to increase membership.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with members and promoting a positive gym culture.
Requirements:
- Certification in Fitness (Cert III and IV) and First Aid.
- Experience in instructing group fitness classes and boxing techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A passion for fitness and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
