About the Affiliate Marketing Role
We are seeking a skilled Affiliate Marketing Manager to optimize fan experiences within our affiliate channel.
This role will form part of our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team to take ownership of our affiliate program and drive ticket sales through strategic partnerships and performance-led growth.
As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will lead the end-to-end management of our affiliate program through Impact.com, recruiting and optimizing a network of publishers, influencers, and aggregators.
You will work closely with our digital marketing, commercial, and content teams to develop creative campaigns, optimize commissions and deals, and deliver measurable results.
Key responsibilities include owning and growing our affiliate program, recruiting and onboarding new partners, designing and implementing competitive commission structures, and tracking and reporting results across the affiliate channel.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in affiliate, performance or partner marketing, preferably in e-commerce, entertainment or media, hands-on experience with affiliate platforms, a strong analytical mindset, great stakeholder and relationship management skills, and a passion for connecting audiences with incredible experiences.
