About The Role

We are hiring an Affiliate Marketing Manager to optimize fan experiences within our Ovation pillar. This role will be part of our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team, taking ownership of our affiliate channel to drive ticket sales through strategic partnerships and performance-led growth.

You will manage our affiliate program end-to-end via , recruiting and optimizing a network of publishers, influencers, and aggregators. Collaborating with digital marketing, commercial, and content teams, you'll develop creative campaigns, optimize commissions and deals, and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

What does a day in the life look like?

  • Own and grow our affiliate program using
  • Recruit and onboard new partners to increase ticket sales
  • Design and implement competitive commission structures and bonus incentives aligned with campaign goals and event margins
  • Optimize commission models and campaign performance within CPA / ROAS targets
  • Align affiliate activities with key event priorities and marketing campaigns
  • Track, report, and improve results across the affiliate channel

About You

  • 3+ years in affiliate, performance, or partner marketing, ideally in eCommerce, entertainment, or media
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (preferably )
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Passion for connecting audiences with incredible experiences
