Clough, a leading provider of engineering and construction services, is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our Project Ceres team. As a key member of our site management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate site visitors and new starters, including airport transport and personnel logistics
  • Provide technical administrative support in coordinating data for claims and variations
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Clough and the client
  • Conduct daily and weekly audits of employee timesheets
  • Attend planning and scheduling meetings, taking minutes and actions
  • Assist with sub-contract sign-on process and other general administrative duties as directed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an office administration capacity
  • Strong skills in MS Office (MS Word / Excel)
  • High attention to detail and exceptional customer service
  • Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and expectations
  • Ability to problem solve and escalate concerns in a timely manner
