Based in Dapto, we're looking for an enthusiastic **Level 1 IT Technician** to join our tight-knit team, providing exceptional Managed Service Provider (MSP) support and break/fix solutions.

**About the Role**

As a Level 1 IT Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering prompt and professional IT support both in-store at our Marshall Street location and on-site across Wollongong and surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their IT career who loves problem-solving and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Perform break/fix repairs on computers, laptops, and peripherals.
- Assist with MSP tasks, including monitoring client systems, backups, and basic cybersecurity checks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues (e.g., connectivity, software glitches, virus removal).
- Deliver outstanding customer service in-store, over the phone, and on-site.
- Document support tickets accurately to ensure seamless team collaboration.

**What We're Looking For**
- Basic IT knowledge (e.g., Windows, Microsoft Office, networking fundamentals).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license (for on-site visits in the Illawarra region).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundations) are a bonus but not required.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
