
High Net Worth Individual Sales Director

The successful candidate will drive sales and distribution of assigned brands by developing and managing relationships with high net worth individuals. They will oversee sales and marketing strategies to infiltrate the target audience.
Core Responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage direct client relationships
- Infiltrate key prestige establishments to generate traffic
- Organize brand events for key clients
- Generate incremental sales volume through relationship development
- Promote end-consumer engagement through existing platforms and networking
- Create high profile events to showcase the brand to the target audience
- Design and organize joint or singular events with luxury companies
- Perform public relations and serve as a brand ambassador
- Develop relationships with fostering agents and wholesalers
- Utilize CRM programs to build relationships and drive sales
- Manage press and PR coverage
Requirements:
- Graduate degree with extensive experience in sales and marketing, and at least 5 years' relevant experience in consumer products/luxury brands managing high net-worth individuals
- Proven track records of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, highly driven an energetic
- Results-oriented: ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; proactive team player and self-motivated
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build and foster strong professional networks
- Able to manage stakeholders and prioritise effectively
