Nurse Community Service Opportunity

This is an opportunity for Registered Nurses to work in community settings in South and North West Tasmania.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of settings, including but not limited to residential care facilities, community health centers, and other healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in community settings
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive client outcomes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance nursing skills and knowledge
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Current Driver's Licence
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality nursing care in community settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
