Job Description

As a Registered Nurse at Uniting Osborne, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our residents, including assessing their needs, developing and implementing individual care plans, and leading a team of Personal Care Workers.

  • Providing clinical care and treatment as required
  • Undertaking client assessments and monitoring clients
  • Developing and delivering resident care plans to meet individual needs
  • Liaising with medical and allied health professionals and residents' family members to advocate for quality of life
  • Supervising and supporting Personal Care Workers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor of Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin a career in aged care if you have nursing experience in the wider health sector
  • Commitment to contemporary aged care nursing practice
