Customer Journey Optimisation Professional

We are seeking a Customer Journey Optimisation Manager to join our organisation on a 12-month contract.

In this role, you will leverage data-driven and customer-led insights to imagine, create and deliver compelling and personalised customer experiences for all customers.

You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders including Product, Data Analytics and Marketing to lead and execute digital initiatives across the organisation's website and app that contribute towards delivering business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end delivery of key digital journey initiatives across our digital assets on the organisation's website and app.
  • Identify and implement A/B and multivariate testing opportunities from hypothesis creation, influence creative, to identify success metrics and conduct post-test analysis.
  • Monitor results and digital performance and customer behaviour using available analytics tools and sources such as Adobe Analytics, data and voice of customer insights.
Requirements:
  • A can-do attitude - willing to get hands dirty into the tools and think outside the box.
  • Previous digital campaign delivery experience from ideation through to execution and measurement.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiating skills, including willingness to collaborate with key stakeholders to reach desired outcomes.
  • Proven project management experience including ability to manage multiple initiatives at the same time.
  • Strong analytical skills - being able to interpret data, put together story and identify opportunities on optimisations based on these insights.
