Position Overview:

As a technology consultant, you will deliver expert consulting services to both external clients and internal project teams. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support and leadership in crafting and executing technology solutions tailored to meet the business requirements of our clients. Establishing and nurturing effective relationships with customers is essential to ensure their satisfaction. You will be expected to maintain a comprehensive understanding of cutting-edge technologies and industry-specific knowledge. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the enhancement of the company's solutions portfolio by sharing insights ranging from technical expertise to methodologies derived from your experiences with client projects. You will also influence technical direction and strategies both within the organization and for our external partners. Your role will be pivotal in achieving consistent chargeability levels and in supporting the attainment of revenue and customer satisfaction objectives. Furthermore, you will play a crucial part in driving the organization's profitability by identifying and fostering new business opportunities and offering technical assistance in the development of deal proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assigned tasks effectively throughout the project delivery cycle.
  • Possess a broad understanding of the company's technology to contribute to detailed technical designs that align with customer specifications.
  • Engage in various tasks, including system application installations, updates, configuration, testing activities, and programming for designated modules within larger programs.
  • Collaborate with minimal oversight from technical leads and customer representatives to fulfill assigned responsibilities.
  • Contribute to the design of specific deliverables and assist in developing technical solutions.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment, fostering positive relationships with team members and clients.
  • Utilize knowledge management tools and leverage information for project benefits and personal growth.
  • Engage in technical forums within the company and local professional communities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience, along with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field; or 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • Possess sufficient technical knowledge to independently manage the implementation of specific deliverables.
  • Ability to contribute to the design of deliverables effectively.
  • Proficient in resolving issues related to individual products.
  • Capable of articulating broad and specific concepts to team members and peers.
  • Adept at producing documentation for team and client use.
