Vehicle Delivery Specialist

We're seeking an exceptional individual to deliver a seamless vehicle handover experience for our customers.
- Conduct thorough handovers with customers, ensuring they're completely satisfied with their vehicle.
- Introduce customers to their new purchase, highlighting its features and answering any questions they may have.
- Pick up and inspect trade-in vehicles, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers, promptly resolving any queries or concerns.
- Present customers with a Carma welcome gift upon arrival.
- A customer-first attitude is essential, preferably backed by previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Passion for cars and the automotive industry, or a willingness to learn and grow.
- Confident problem solver and decision-maker, skilled at multitasking and adapting to new situations.
- A valid driver's license and ability to drive manual transmission vehicles (manual license upgrade assistance available).
