Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

  • Provide top-notch customer service by managing vehicle deliveries, facilitating onboarding, resolving inquiries and maintaining excellent vehicle presentation standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver vehicles to clients, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Prepare cars for hire, including thorough detailing of the vehicle's interior and exterior.
  • Assist with the coordination of vehicle logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have all the information and support they need.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Essential).
  • Ordinary hours vary between 7:00am-8:00pm Monday-Sunday with 8-hour shifts.
  • Must have capacity to work a 40 hr work week (Essential).
  • Capacity to work weekends (Highly Desirable).
