Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate events and functions from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead a dynamic team, providing guidance and support to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Manage event budgets, ensure accurate invoicing, and oversee departmental expenses.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and special offers through social media and other channels.
What We're Looking For:
  • A proactive leader with a minimum of five years' experience in similar roles.
  • Strong commercial understanding and the ability to drive sales and ensure repeat clientele.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills and the ability to learn and use multiple software systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
  • Experience in managing large-scale events and functions, with a strong focus on customer experience.
