The Role:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Fitter. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing planned and reactive maintenance on workshop machinery and plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete planned and reactive maintenance on workshop machinery and plant.
  • Adhere to preventative maintenance schedules and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with third-party contractors to optimize machine health and utilization.
  • Engage with workshop leaders to minimize machine downtime and optimize utilization.

Requirements:

  • Trade Qualified.
  • Experience with machinery and fixed/mobile plant maintenance - manual lathe and CNC desirable.
  • Committed to safety and industry-standard procedures.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Willingsness to learn.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
