We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to cater to high net worth individuals and family groups. In this role, you will be responsible for exploring existing client banking needs and structuring solutions to achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Collaborate with internal ANZ divisions and external stakeholders to build and convert a pipeline of future private clients and grow existing mutual client relationships.">
  3. Work with the Private Banker to achieve assigned client acquisition targets through proactive solicitation of new clients and seeking referrals from existing clients.">
  4. Meet assigned deposit, lending, and investment targets through the needs-based introduction and appropriate positioning of banking and investment solutions.">
  5. Ensure all transactional banking and lending solutions are suitable and compliantly executed and that client expectations are effectively managed.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role.">
  • Knowledge of transactional banking and ability to navigate ANZ products, systems & processes.">
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.">
  • Lending/credit capability (Consumer and/or Commercial) is preferred.">
  • Ability to proactively problem solve on behalf of clients & ANZ.">
