About the Job
An exciting opportunity exists for highly motivated and experienced nurses to join our dynamic PACU team. Your key focus will be the evaluation, planning and delivery of care to patients in the Post Anaesthetic Care Unit.
This role will see you working closely with a team of passionate professionals driven to provide safe, holistic nursing care to each individual patient to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset with experience in PACU nursing. Possessing excellent time management and well-developed clinical problem-solving skills will be key to your success in this role.
You will also bring;
- Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse
- Minimum of two (2) years' post graduate experience
- Post graduate experience in Post Anaesthetic Care Unit experience.
- Excellent work ethic and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patients
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment and autonomously as required
- Advanced communication and customer service skills
Requirements
Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months and according to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
