Job Description

As a skilled healthcare professional, you will play a vital role in assisting patients in preparation for various medical procedures.

You will conduct clinical procedures such as biopsies and wound clinics, while ensuring accurate patient records are maintained.

  • Assist patients in preparation for procedures
  • Perform clinical procedures (biopsies) and administer local anaesthetics
  • Manage wound clinics and maintain accurate patient records
  • Maintain high standards of infection control
  • Provide patient education and information as required

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work effectively within a team.

Requirements

You will need:

  • Nursing credentials and valid certification to practice in NSW
  • Relevant experience in dermatology or skin cancer procedures, ICU, anaesthetics, or surgical settings is highly desirable
