Senior Medical Officer Role
We are seeking a Senior Medical Officer to join our multi-disciplinary team in the Emergency Department. As a Senior Medical Officer, you will be responsible for applying medical knowledge and experience in the diagnosis, investigation and treatment of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients presenting to the emergency department
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care
- Develop and maintain skills in clinical practice through ongoing learning and development
Requirements:
- Be registered or eligible for General registration as a medical practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner's Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated clinical competence at post graduate year 3 level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
