We are seeking a purpose-driven Speech Therapist to work with our multidisciplinary team.
This role is located in the heart of Upper Mount Gravatt, providing access to various amenities for staff.
As a leading provider of allied health services, we are committed to delivering high-quality support to children and their families.
We support over 28,000 families across 46 clinics nationwide, with a team of experienced professionals.
In this role, you will work across a combination of clinic and mobile services, offering flexibility with full-time or part-time hours available, including 9-day fortnights.

- Deliver evidence-based assessments and therapy to a paediatric, adolescent, and adult caseload, providing direct support to individuals with developmental delays and disabilities
- You will work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary context to deliver quality outcomes, assessing and intervening with a mixed caseload
- Work closely with stakeholders to provide information, education, and support, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Ongoing evaluation and review to ensure delivery of quality services to clients
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and current SPA Registration are essential
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, with a passion for making a positive impact and helping each client achieve their goals
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Effective time management and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Passion for creating engaging and meaningful therapy experiences for clients and families
- Previous experience working with children and adolescents, with confidence in your ability to work closely with families
- Relevant compliance requirements, including SPA Registration, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and NDIS workers screening check
