Financial Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Solutions Specialist to join our team and play a key role in providing exceptional finance solutions to clients nationwide.

About the Role
  • Assess customer needs and match them with the best loan options across a panel of lenders.
  • Manage finance applications from start to finish—including submission, follow-ups, and settlements.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, keeping them informed throughout the process.
  • Maintain strong lender relationships and stay up to date with products, policies, and industry trends.
  • Support the car buying team with finance insights and customer coordination.
  • Develop new referral partnerships and inbound opportunities alongside the team.
  • Ensure all processes are compliant, efficient, and customer-focused.
About You
  • A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in asset finance, vehicle lending, or consumer finance.
  • Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or currently studying).
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Organised, proactive, and capable of handling multiple applications at once.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Familiarity with lender portals, broker CRMs, and compliance requirements.
  • Clean credit history and police check.
