Financial Crime Risk Management Opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a comprehensive financial crime transformation program across multiple global-scale project streams.
  • Develop and implement organisational level risk frameworks for financial crime operations.
  • Design operating models, processes and methodologies to ensure effective risk management.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis of risk incidents and develop intervention strategies for closure.
  • Communicate requirements, manage conflicts/issues/changes and validate root causes.
  • Establish best practice toolkits for risk remediation and process improvement.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in Financial Crime Compliance as a Risk Manager or Business Analyst with expertise in Transaction Monitoring (Institutional).
  • Broad regulatory compliance, audit or auditing experience across multiple jurisdictions in APAC and EU is highly desirable.
  • Extensive practical experience in process re-engineering and improvement within an Institutional Banking environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships at a senior level both internally and externally.
  • Strong delivery focus with a persistent and dedicated mindset.
