We're seeking a qualified Childcare Educator to join our Murrumba Downs centre, where we provide care for children from six weeks to 5 years old. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our children and their families.

**About the Role:**

As a Childcare Educator at Goodstart Murrumba Downs, you'll be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development. You'll work closely with our Senior Educators and Educational Leader to develop and implement high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of our children.

You'll also have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our children, parents, and colleagues, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement engaging learning programs that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A base salary of **$65,000 - $75,000 per annum**, depending on experience
  • Up to 6 weeks paid parental leave

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • A current Queensland Working with Children Check
