Job Description

As an Assistant Educator, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and inviting learning environments that foster the development of our young learners. You will work closely with our Lead Educators to deliver educational programs and practices that support children's learning and development.


Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain fun, safe, and engaging learning environments
  • Maintain excellent relationships with families, children, and other team members
  • Record children's progress, routines, and interests
  • Ensure compliance with routines, policies, processes, and practices

Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Lead Educator applicants need minimum 1 year's experience in a current Lead Educator role
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current and Valid Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
