Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to oversee the production process, ensuring that all material, equipment, and personnel are properly utilized. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence others.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Perform electronics diagnostics and repairs on production electronic components and subassemblies.
- Determine root cause analysis for failed materials, production failures, and customer returned products to minimize scrap and improve product quality.
- Support the production team with technical expertise to minimize production stoppages and meet targets.
- Verify production jigs and equipment for suitability prior to use in production.
- Inspect the first production batch of new or modified components or assemblies.
- Implement and train new products into production.
- Assess new products for manufacturability and recommend design changes, production processes, suppliers, and equipment to R&D for scaled manufacture.
- A bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Systems with 4+ years experience in a similar position.
- Established professional relationships with relevant suppliers.
- Experience in operating equipment and learning how to operate equipment from suppliers in areas of expertise relating to PCBA, Dispensing, Motion Simulators.
- Capable of upskilling quickly to develop deep technical capabilities in a challenging technical domain.
