About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical, Forensic or Neuropsychologist to lead our drug and alcohol services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based psychological care to adults and adolescents with severe mental illness, drug and alcohol concerns, and neurodivergent disorders.

You will manage a complex caseload, guide service evaluation, and mentor fellow clinicians. This is a unique opportunity to shape clinical models, drive collaboration, and provide specialized interventions in our newly established Drug & Alcohol Clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a complex caseload of patients with severe mental illness, drug and alcohol concerns, and neurodivergent disorders
  • Guide service evaluation and quality improvement initiatives
  • Mentor and supervise junior clinicians
  • Develop and implement evidence-based clinical programs
  • Foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
  • Current Senior Clinical, Forensic or Neuropsychologist registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in psychological assessment, case formulation, and intervention
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
