**Senior Recruitment Consultant Opportunity**
Are you a recruitment expert looking to join a dynamic team and take your career to the next level? We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead our Business Support team in Brisbane.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for leading full 360 recruitment efforts, hiring people for your team, and developing business relationships with clients. You will work closely with our experienced consultants and managers to deliver exceptional results and contribute to our high-performing culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues
- At least 24 months of revenue target achievement
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred
- Competitive commission structure designed to help you earn sooner and more often
