We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Educator at Eden Academy, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-6 years.
Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement engaging learning experiences that promote the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children. You will work collaboratively with other Educators and support staff to create a nurturing environment that fosters a love of learning and promotes child wellbeing.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent) and a current Working with Children Check. You will also require full Australian working rights and a warm, professional presence.
The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues, and demonstrate a genuine passion for early learning. You will be available to work Monday to Friday across a range of shift patterns, with flexibility to be on call at short notice to cover unexpected leave.
