Paediatric Cardiologist Vacancy

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Cardiologist to join our dynamic team at Royal Darwin Hospital. As the successful candidate, you will provide specialist paediatric cardiology care to infants, children and young adults across urban and remote regions.

About the Role:

  • Provide inpatient and outpatient specialist paediatric cardiology care to infants, children and young adults.
  • Offer specialist paediatric cardiology advice to colleagues in geographically isolated locations.
  • Participate in routine and emergency after-hours care on a roster basis.

About You:

  • You hold eligibility for general and/or specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
  • You have completed a fellowship in Paediatric Cardiology with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.
  • You have demonstrated commitment to improving Indigenous health, with an understanding of rheumatic heart disease.

Selection Criteria:

  1. Eligibility for general and/or specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
  2. Completed a fellowship in Paediatric Cardiology with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.
  3. Demonstrated commitment to improving Indigenous health, with an understanding of rheumatic heart disease.
