Key Responsibilities- Support our educational leaders in coordinating activities and programs to promote children's learning and development.
- Assist in implementing programming tailored to meet the needs of children aged 0 to 12 years.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the broader community.
- Maintain accurate records and documents related to children's attendance, behaviour, and developmental milestones.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
- Working with Children Check (WWC) and current First Aid Certificate with Asthma and Anaphylaxis and CPR (HLTAID004 / HLTA012).
- Ability to follow safeguarding priorities and work under pressure.
- Team player with a commitment to organisational values.
- Career opportunities, including study support and capability mapping of your skills.
- 15 days personal leave per year, health and wellbeing leave, and 18 weeks paid maternity leave.
- Access to fitness passport and complimentary access to Ripples Leisure Centres.
- Commencing hourly rate: $39.61 plus 11.5% superannuation.
