Lead Frontend Architect

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume technical leadership and provide guidance on front-end development.

About the Role:

  • Provide technical direction and code reviews to junior and senior developers across front-end and full-stack teams, promoting best practices and adherence to architectural standards.
  • Evaluate new technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of UI/UX goals with business objectives.
  • Refactor existing components to enhance brand customizability and implement modular CSS patterns, ensuring seamless integration with design systems.
  • Conduct accessibility reviews and implement fixes based on WCAG 2.1 standards, guaranteeing an inclusive user experience.
  • Participate in solution design, development, and testing activities, utilizing skills in React.js & Typescript.
  • Maintain personal and professional development to meet changing demands of the role, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure delivery meets expectations.

About You:

  • Experience with modern front-end development frameworks and libraries, including React.js & Typescript.
  • Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and modern browser behavior, performance considerations, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with accessible UIs that comply with WCAG standards and design systems or component libraries.
  • Knowledge or prior experience with Security Processes / Applications (OWASP).
  • Ability to engage with various team members and demonstrate sound analytical, design, and problem-solving skills.
