Workplace Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Specialist to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

  • You will work with individuals and organisations to achieve their potential through workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.
  • As a specialist, you will utilise your knowledge and skills to assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupations.
  • You will evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting clients to identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
  • Performing a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, such as functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders and building strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.
