Job Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated team members to join us. Our business has multiple positions available for Baristas, Kitchen Hands and Customer Service Professionals.

Baristas:

  • A passion for coffee
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Engaging with customers

To be successful as a Barista, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months Barista experience
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
  • A positive attitude and confidence to engage with customers
  • Ability to work as a team when not making delicious coffee, completing general duties such as serving salads and soups
  • An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Kitchen Hands:

  • Experience using commercial grade knives
  • Proven ability to follow detailed make-guides and recipes
  • Strong work ethic and flexibility to work alone or as part of a small team
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Preferred: A minimum of 6 months food handling experience.

Customer Service Professionals:

  • Approachable demeanour and good communication skills
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
  • Good attention to detail and cash handling skills
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Flexible approach to work - our customer service goes beyond serving customers You'll also be able to help with stock take, opening / closing the store, cleaning and preparing basic food items
  • Preferred: A minimum of 6 months fast food or restaurant experience
