  • You will cultivate strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and brokers to expand your network and drive business growth.
  • You will achieve and exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term client relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A self-starter who is driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience with business development and tech-savvy expertise, with the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms.
  • Experience in the finance or banking sector preferred, particularly in lending.
