Advanced Analytics Solutions Engineer

The Advanced Analytics Solutions Engineer will design, develop and implement scalable data solutions using Google Cloud products.

This role includes building data pipelines, logging, and monitoring as part of a multidisciplinary team in close partnership with Data Scientists.

  • Develop cloud-based data pipelines to solve a wide range of business challenges.
  • Be part of the Engineering capability helping pioneer new technologies and approaches to improve time-to-market, reliability, and performance of Data Science and Analytical applications.
  • Create, present, and seek inputs and feedback on architecture and solution designs.
  • Apply relevant testing frameworks to ensure the robustness of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop cloud-based data pipelines to solve a wide range of business challenges.
  • Be part of the Engineering capability helping pioneer new technologies and approaches to improve time-to-market, reliability, and performance of Data Science and Analytical applications.
  • Create, present, and seek inputs and feedback on architecture and solution designs.
  • Apply relevant testing frameworks to ensure the robustness of solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, and Airflow or other orchestration tools.
  • Experience with Google Cloud or other cloud technologies to build Data Engineering solutions.
  • Growth mindset and ability to work together with the broader team in an Agile setup.
  • Understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration techniques and engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.
  • Understand data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
