Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parking Enforcement Officer to join our team. This role involves patrolling local areas in clearly marked vehicles and on foot, issuing fines and warnings, and providing evidence in court proceedings.

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and conflict resolution. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in regulatory services or compliance, knowledge of relevant Acts, and a valid driver's licence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Patrol assigned areas in clearly marked vehicles and on foot to detect and prevent parking offences
  2. Issue fines and warnings to individuals found committing parking offences
  3. Provide evidence in court proceedings as required
  4. Maintain accurate records of enforcement activities and present reports as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in regulatory services or compliance
  • Knowledge of relevant Acts and regulations
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
